Terms of Service
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of the Busan Local Guide marketplace (the "Mall") operated by 제이에이치 엔지니어링 (the "Company") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in e-commerce transactions.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Mall" means the virtual storefront where the Company sells goods or services ("Products") using information and communication facilities.
- "User" means any member or non-member who accesses the Mall and uses the services under these Terms.
- "Member" means a person registered with the Company and eligible to use the services continuously.
- "Buyer" means a user who purchases Products through the Mall.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment)
The Company posts these Terms, trade name, representative, business address, and contact details at the bottom of the Mall.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Amended Terms take effect after notice at least 7 days before the effective date; unfavorable changes require 30 days’ notice and user consent.
Article 4 (Services)
- Sale of physical goods and digital content related to Busan
- Order, payment, delivery, refund, and customer support
- Other ancillary services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership)
A use contract is formed when a user agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.
Members must provide accurate information. False information may result in restrictions or termination.
Article 6 (Orders and Contract Formation)
Users place orders by selecting products, entering buyer information, and completing payment after reviewing these Terms and the Refund & Return Policy.
A purchase contract is formed when the Company’s acceptance notice reaches the user, unless the product is out of stock or acceptance is refused for a legitimate reason.
Article 7 (Payment Methods)
- Credit/debit cards
- Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay, and other easy payments
- PayPal and international cards (USD, etc.)
- Other electronic payment methods provided by the Company
Article 8 (Delivery)
The Company provides delivery methods, fees, and estimated timelines for each product.
International shipments may require customs clearance using the buyer’s personal customs code or passport number.
Article 9 (Withdrawal, Exchange, and Return)
Under Article 17(1) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, consumers may request exchange or return (withdrawal of offer) within 7 days from the date the product is received. See the Refund & Return Policy for details.
Requests may be submitted via qltkdtnekd1@gmail.com, the email used at checkout, or customer support.
Article 10 (Refunds)
After confirming returned products, the Company initiates refunds within 3 business days.
Card refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the card issuer.
Article 11 (Obligations)
- The Company complies with applicable laws and provides services in good faith.
- Users must provide accurate order information and must not infringe others’ rights.
Article 12 (Privacy)
The Company protects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy posted on the Mall.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes may be referred to dispute mediation bodies authorized under the Framework Act on Consumers.
Korean law governs these Terms; courts at the Company’s place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
