Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope
This Refund & Return Policy applies to physical goods and digital content sold through the Busan Local Guide marketplace operated by 제이에이치 엔지니어링.
2. Exchange & Return Period — Legal Standard
Under Article 17(1) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, consumers may request exchange or return (withdrawal of offer) within 7 days from the date the product is received.
The receipt date is the delivery completion date or the date of direct pickup.
Requests must be received within 7 days including the receipt date unless an exception under applicable law applies.
For digital content, withdrawal is available before access or download begins.
3. Restricted Cases
- Loss or damage due to the buyer’s fault (except packaging opened for inspection)
- Significant decrease in value due to use or partial consumption
- Custom-made products where withdrawal would cause irreparable harm
- Digital content after provision has begun with prior consent
4. Defective or Wrong Items
Defects, misrepresentation, or wrong delivery may be reported within 3 months of receipt or 30 days from discovery. Return shipping is borne by the seller.

6. Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds begin within 3 business days after returned products are confirmed.
- Cards: cancellation (3–7 business days)
- Easy pay / PayPal: per PG policy
- Cash payments: bank transfer after account confirmation
7. Return Shipping
- Change of mind: buyer pays round-trip shipping
- Defect or wrong item: seller pays
8. Loss in Transit
Lost or damaged shipments are re-sent or fully refunded at the buyer’s choice.
